Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Portage, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of February 27, 2024 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Contract No. 1 - Construction of approximately 142 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 710 linear feet of 8" ductile iron water main, 430 linear feet of storm sewer, construction of approximately 650 feet of urban street including new gravel and asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, new water and sewer laterals, unclassified excavation, clearing & grubbing, erosion control, traffic control, grading, and seeding. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
