Liquidated Damages Time is of the essence for all work under this Agreement. Construction of new varsity baseball field & varsity softball field including fields, backstop, dugouts, bullpens, & batting cages. 4. Installation of (3) 5 row bleachers at both varsity baseball and varsity softball fields 5. New tennis courts at new location 6. Site work related to all paving areas along accessible path of travel. 7. New pc-scoreboard at each field location 8. New pc-shade structures at each new and existing batting cages All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the Instructions to Bidder A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Sacramento City Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work.
