Demolition and site work for a residential development in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Redevelopment Authority of Clearfield County, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid. Bidders must comply with all State ant ibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project, and will be required to submit an executed Non Collusion affidavit with the bid. The Redevelopment of Authority of Clearfield County is utilizing federal funds for this project the following regulations apply: Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) with Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432, Section 3 Action Plan in accordance with Title 24 Part 135 Code of Federal Regulations, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, P.L. 88-352 (42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.), Davis-Bacon wage regulations, and HUD regulations at 24 CFR Part 1. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to complete all work within 90 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. Bids may be held by the Owner for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the contract. DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING (APPROXIMATELY 6,500 SQFT ON 1 LEVEL). NEW ROOF ON REAR BUILDING OWNED BY JIM'S SPORTS. EXISTING FOUNDATION WILL REMAIN FOR CONTINUED USE OF NEIGHBORING BUILDINGS. The goals for this project are MBE 5% and WBE 3%; the Section 3 goal is 25% of man hours working on the project. Every request for such an Interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Question Deadline 01/17/2024
