**As of February 16, 2024, project was awarded to AGC, AMAX, SNELLS, HALLS ELECTRIC, AND ZIEMBA ROOFING, awarded total amount is $1,145,937.** The owner will review all bids with the architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsible bidder. Separate proposals shall be accepted for Ceiling Demolition, Ceilings, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Aluminum Storefront/Windows, Roofing & Metal Stud/Drywall. Each bidder will be required to furnish a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of their total bid.
