Site work and paving for a civil project in Gothenburg, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
reconstruct approximately 14 blocks of residential concrete roadways including the replacement of water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer as described in the Contract Documents, and other such work as may be incidental to 2024 INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM.. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Each BIDDER will be required to submit a bid bond made payable, without condition, to the City Clerk, Gothenburg, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer and requires all contractors and consultants to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Document info : Full-size sets of documents can be obtained for a deposit of $65. Deposits are non-refundable. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may note be answered.
