As of March 14, 2024 project was awarded to Absolute Solutions Inc., awarded amount is $120,491.78. This Project Will Consist of Replacement of the Aged Radio Equipment and Repeater System. Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 1:00 p.m. MT, January 16, 2024. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. This project will consist of replacement of an aged radio equipment repeater per bid specification sheet. Estimated Project Completion date is: December 30, 2024 A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 starting at Wyoming Honor Farm, Riverton, WY 82501. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. The Procuring Agency will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of any mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. NOTE: All persons attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting are required to submit the attached background check paperwork. All background check documents need to be filled out, signed and dated, and returned, at a minimum, 72 hours prior to the date and time of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. If during the contract period change orders increase the original contract amount, it will be necessary for the Bidder to furnish the Procuring Agency additional bonding coverage so that 100% of the Contract Amount is always provided. Liquidated damages will be assessed as per the provisions contained in the contract, at $500 per calendar day past the set substantial completion date.
