Description The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Fire Prevention & Electrical Safety (Procuring Agency) Project Description: This project is to replace damaged, existing CMU walls in the Burn Building Prop. Short sections of CMU wall at the burn areas will be replaced in kind, a thermal liner will be added at burn areas to extend the service life of the CMU in those areas.
