Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project will consist of renovation and modernization of the existing US Energy Building in Riverton, Wyoming. The project will include replacing / upgrading the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, replacing the elevator, upgrading the existing envelope, new ADA bathrooms, modernization of the life safety and security systems, and maximizing the space utilization on each floor. Also included is the completed redesign and renovation of the parking lot. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online . Questions must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. MT on December 6, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 1:00 p.m. MT on December 9, 2024.
