Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riverton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Install storm drain crossing culverts where two drainage valley pans currently exist on South Smith Road. The project will also involve removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, valley pan, curb and gutter and 8" concrete paving. The contractor will need to protect existing utilities during construction and provide traffic control. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to post performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Submitted bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after opening. The City of Riverton reserves the unilateral right to accept or reject any or all bids, make substitutions and waive informalities and technicalities as will be in the best interest of the City of Riverton, and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Riverton.
