**As of August 5th, 2025, bids were rejected and will rebid early Winter or December, 2025.** The project will include the installation of a 1,000 gallon AvGas self-serve fuel tank, which includes a 1,000 gallon UL 2085 tank, skid equipment, point of sale, bollards, overhead light, and electrical connection/boring. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. Question Deadline 07/11/2025 This specification covers the procurement, fabrication, shipping off-loading, placement and performance specifications of a new direct to aircraft aviation fueling system at the Central Wyoming Regional Airport (RIW) located in Fremont County, Wyoming. The fueling system shall consist of: - One (1) 1,000 Gallon UL2085, Fireguard, Double Wall Steel Aboveground Storage Tank for Bulk storage and direct to aircraft dispensing of Avgas (100LL). The pumping system shall include; - One (1) 200 (+/- 20) GPM remote pump and filtration skid (Avgas -100LL). The fueling system shall include all the necessary pump, valves and components to provide an operational system in accordance with industry standards for aviation fueling and comply with federal, state and local codes. These specifications are minimum standards and the engineer may consider approved equals. Price shall include all fees, permits, training and inspections required for the fueling systems to be operational. All equipment provided for this system shall be new, no used or refurbished equipment shall be permitted. B. Scope of Work: The fueling system project at the airport will consist of: Avgas (100LL) System - 1,000 Gallon UL2085, Fireguard, Double Wall Steel Aboveground Storage Tank for the storage of Avgas (100LL) with remote pumping and filtration skid capable of off-load transports vehicles, and dispense directly to aircraft as noted below. The pumping system shall incorporate a 112 Gallon Static Relaxation Vessel and the Avgas (100LL) shall pass through the Static Relaxation Vessel going into the storage tank and when dispensing to aircraft. 1. Flow Rates : Offloading from fuel transport vehicles: 200 gpm Single Point fueling: 120 gpm Overwing fueling: 25-30 gpm
