**As of September 17th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reconstruction of approximately one mile of Riverview Road involving grading, milling asphalt pavement, removal of base material, grading, drainage, water and sewer utilities, storm sewer, asphalt and concrete pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA facilities, and miscellaneous work between Rein Road and Spire Drive. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2026 Question Deadline 08/26/2025- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 48 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
