Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work includes general construction, infrastructure upgrades, reconfiguring and renovating existing spaces impacted by or said improvements. Infrastructure upgrades include electrical, bonding, UPS, building management system interfaces, HVAC, communication, physical security upgrades, and fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide. Within each and in between the buildings, which will include modification that may impact roads, walks, grading, drainage, and other existing utilities. Data Center WAN updates and hazardous material abatement. Project Buildings are 1, 2, 10, 19, 20, 26, 29, 30, 40, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 60, and any associated work in other buildings as indicated.
