The Magnitude of Construction of this VA project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 pursuant VAAR 836.204. NAICS: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This solicitation will be evaluated on a tradeoff basis. As stated in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) Phase Design-Build. IAW FAR 36.3 one solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase One proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit proposals in Phase Two. Block 13a refers to Phase One proposals. This requirement is set-aside for VetCert certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
