Renovation of an educational facility in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. This project consists of a full-building automation system upgrade. Under this work scope, the existing Automated Logic system will be demolished and replaced with a new system as outlined in the bid documents. Unless noted otherwise in the bid documents, this work scope consists of hardware installation only - software will be completed by others, direct-to-owner.
