Project Description: Philadelphia Asset and Property Management Corporation (PAPMC), an affiliate of the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA), has made extensive use of mechanical conveyances, i.e. stair glides, wheelchair lifts, and residential elevators in order to furnish 504 Accommodations for its disabled tenants in compliance with Section 504 of The National Rehabilitation Act in new construction and public areas, as well as Fair Housing guidelines for accommodating tenants in existing housing. Services shall include the yearly preventive maintenance of existing stair glide, wheelchair lift and residential elevators and the supply and installation of new stair glides, wheelchair lifts, and residential elevators. All new stair glides, wheelchair lifts, and residential elevators shall include a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor and a five (5) year warranty on the drive train and a three (3) year warranty on all component parts.
