Installation of new Trane side discharge and return unit or equivalent unit per specifications in bid document 5. Install Wi-Fi enabled thermostat 6. Connect gas, electrical, duct and thermostat. Contractor shall be responsible for any modifications needed due to dissimilarities between removed equipment and newly installed equipment 7. Existing roof curbs are to remain and be reutilized to receive new units, provide curb adaptors if needed to transition to new RTU's. 4.
