SCOPE OF WORK: i. Currie Municipal Golf Course Club House - 1300 Currie Pkwy, Midland, MI 1. The Contractor is responsible for any building permits that are needed for this project. 2. Disconnection, removal and disposal of existing rooftop units 3. Existing unit is ground mounted, existing platform is to be modified for new unit or replaced. 4. Installation of new Trane side discharge and return unit or equivalent unit per specifications in bid document 5. Install Wi-Fi enabled thermostat 6. Connect gas, electrical, duct and thermostat. Contractor shall be responsible for any modifications needed due to dissimilarities between removed equipment and newly installed equipment 7. Perform startup-up and commissioning on each unit installed ii. Midland Civic Arena - 405 Fast Ice Dr, Midland, MI 1. The Contractor is responsible for any building permits that are needed for this project. 2. Disconnection, removal and disposal of existing rooftop units 3. Existing roof curbs are to remain and be reutilized to receive new units, provide curb adaptors if needed to transition to new RTU's. 4. Installation of new Trane or equivalent rooftop unit per specifications in bid document 5. Connect gas, electrical, duct and thermostat. Contractor shall be responsible for any modifications needed due to dissimilarities between removed equipment and newly installed equipment 6. Perform startup-up and commissioning on each unit installed 7. Mechanical contractor shall hire the temperature control contractor EER Team or 75F to complete all temperature controls work.
