Services to be Provided. The Contractor shall provide emergency and routine/preventive maintenance repairs of the City's traffic signal equipment, streetlighting, and other pertinent apparatus by duly trained, licensed, certified and qualified personnel on an on-call, as-needed basis. Services to be provided shall be the installation, inspection, testing, verification, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of the equipment/devices including, but not limited to the following: Traffic Safety Signals & Controls Controllers, including time settings, filters, gaskets, hinges, locks Vehicular and pedestrian signals; signal alignment; LED signal units Battery Backup Systems (BBS) Detections (video, loop, extensions, amplifiers, etc.) Solar speed feedback signs RRFB flashing crosswalks, including associated signs Emergency vehicle detections, video detection, and signal interconnects Pedestrian push buttons Ground rod clamps and wires; ground fault receptacles Wire schematics Visors, back plates, splices Lenses and reflectors Indicator lamps Connectors, load switches, relays Conflict monitors Traffic signs on traffic signal equipment Illuminated street signs Streetlights Lamp replacements and upgrades to current industry standard Photoelectric cells Photo-reflective pole numbers Street light poles, including surrounding concrete/foundations with rebar Overhead wire replacements/installations Conduit and Christy box installations and replacements Question Deadline 01/18/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Written questions will be the only questions that receive an official response from the City.
