No definite date for the rebid Broken Bow Animal Shelter at East Side Park This project consists of constructing a new animal shelter for the City of Broken Bow. Trades involved include demolition, framing, flooring, gypsum board, doors & frames, painting, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and miscellaneous specialties. 1.02 CONTRACTS A. Construct the Work under a single "Stipulated Sum" Contract. 1.03 WORK SEQUENCE A. Coordinate construction schedule and operations with the Owner and Architect. 1.04 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES A. Coordinate use of premises under direction of the Architect. B. Assume full responsibility for the protection and safekeeping of Products under this Contract, stored on the site. C. Obtain and pay for the use of additional storage or work areas needed for operations. Furnishing All Labor and Materials for the Project as Shown on the Drawings and Specifications. Bids Received More Than Ninety-six (96) Hours, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays Before Time Set for Opening Bids, as Well as Bids Received After Time Set for Opening Bids, Will Not Be Considered and Will Be Returned Unopened.
