Greenwood County is requesting Requests for Proposals for its Airport Gym Floor located at 1025 Deadfall Rd, Greenwood, SC 29649. GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Approximately 100x80 gym floor Repair any exiting concrete floor issues Install a minimum .06mm thick vinyl wear layer shock pad 1 basketball court 1 main volleyball, 2 side volleyball courts Install 6 Sleeves Volleyball Posts In order for your submittal to be considered, it must be delivered to the Procurement Office no later than the date and time listed above, at which time respondents to this request will be recorded in the presence of one or more witnesses. Submittals received by the Procurement Office after the time specified will be returned to the Proposer unopened. Due to the possibility of negotiation with submitting firms, the contents of any submittal shall not be public information until after the contract award is made. Submittals must include a completed Cover Sheet as the first document of the Statement of Proposal. The Statement of Proposal must be signed by an official authorized to bind the Submitter and it shall contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is firm at least 90 days from the closing date for submission. Statements of Proposal must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope/container showing the RFP Number, Due Date, and RFP Title. This Request for Proposal does not commit Greenwood County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a submittal, or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with all qualified Submitting Firms, or to cancel in part or its entirety this proposal, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. All entries shall be entered in ink or typewritten and shall remain firm not less than ninety (90) days.
