Provide all material equipment and labor to repair the ocean outfall pipes associated with the 16th Street and 42nd Street pump stations. Work on the 16th Street outfall pipes includes removal of metallic debris from the south "C" outfall pipe and installation of stainless-steel repair bands in the North "A" and South "C" outfall pipes. Work on the 42nd Street outfall includes replacement of flap gates on the discharge structure and installation of three stainless steel repair bands and resealing a welded manway cover in the South-Middle "C" outfall pipe.
