Turner-DA Everett, a joint venture, has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by the City of Charlotte and is requesting bids from construction specialty trade contractors on the Spectrum Center Renovation project in Charlotte, NC: 01B Final Cleaning, 03C Polished Concrete, 04A Masonry, 05B Misc Metals / Railings, 06A Millwork, 07A WP & Sealants, 07B Metal Panels, 07E Fireproofing, 08A Doors, Frames, & Hardware, 08D Glass Railings & Divider Panels, 09A Drywall, 09B Acoustical Ceilings & Wall Panels, 09C Hard Tile, 09D Resilient Flooring, 09E Terrazzo, 09F Painting & Wall Coverings, 09H Resinous Flooring, 10B Misc. Specialties, 10D Signage, 10E Operable Partitions, 11A Food Service Equipment, 32B Landscape & Site Furnishings. Only prequalified subcontractors can bid on this project. Bid Package #02 scope included in the Spectrum Center Renovations. Prequalified bidders, and CBI-Certified Minority, Women As of April 22, 2024, construction is underway and will be complete October 2024.
