On October 14, 2024, the City Council Business Meeting approved the following contracts: -a contract for up to $1,300,000 with Armstrong Glen, P.C. for planning and design services for the Industrial Center Storm Drainage Improvement Project, -a contract for up to $1,400,000 with Gavel & Dorn Engineering, PLLC for planning and design services for the Galway Storm Drainage Improvement Project, -a contract for up to $1,400,000 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc for planning and design services for the Collective Culverts #3 Storm Drainage Improvement Project, -a contract for up to $1,400,000 with LandDesign, Inc for planning and design services for the Creek Bend Storm Drainage Improvement Project, -a contract for up to $2,500,000 with Woolpert North Carolina, PLLC for planning and design services for the Pinckney Storm Drainage Improvement Project Bidders must get documents directly from the owner to be a bidder on the project. Storm Water Services (Storm Water) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies (Company or Proposer) to provide professional engineering services for the Various Storm Water Services Projects (Project).
