Description: Sahuarita Unified School District No. 30 is requesting sealed proposals for a Wide Area Network to support existing and anticipated instructional and administrative needs of the District between the (Hub) and the locations identified in the Scope of Work. The District is seeking a high reliability solution and will accept optical Ethernet and non-fiber solutions. The District is seeking proposals for one of four options. Offerors may respond to one or more options. Submission of Inquiries. The Procurement Officer or the person identified in the Solicitation as the contact for inquiries may require that an inquiry be submitted in writing. Any inquiry related to a Solicitation shall refer to the appropriate Solicitation number, page, and paragraph. Do not place the Solicitation number on the outside of the envelope containing the inquiry since it may then be identified as a Proposal and not be opened until after the Proposal due date and time. Any inquiry shall be submitted as soon as possible and by January 11, 2024 at 12:00pm. Failure to do so may result in the inquiry not being answered. Notwithstanding any other provision of the solicitation, the School District/Public Entity reserves the right to: Waive any minor informality; Reject any and all Proposals or portions thereof; or Cancel a Solicitation. Event Bid notes: All Proposals must be legible and completed in ink or typewritten. In a separate sealed envelope provide one (1) copy of the proposal on a USB/flash drive. The electronic copy must contain the complete proposal, to include the cost proposal information. Additional instructions for preparing a proposal are provided herein. Late proposals shall not be considered.
