The Lake Goodwin Standpipe Replacement project consists of installing a new standpipe reservoir; connecting the new reservoir to the existing distribution system; removing the existing corrugated metal standpipe reservoir; installing conduit and enclosure for City to install wiring and level sensing equipment in; and associated site work. All work must be completed in. accordance with the Contract. Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Questions must be received by 4 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023. If necessary, an addenda will be distributed by close of business on Friday, December 29, 2023. Plan specifications, addenda, and plan holders list may also be obtained directly through the City by contacting the Project Manager Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The City of Marysville reserves the right, to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty five (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
