DPW Resurfacing Water & Sewer Station Floors The Town of Stoughton invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids on resurfacing of concrete floors at various water and sewer pump stations on an as need basis under the direction of the Water & Sewer Superintendent or designee using MGL 30&30m. The department maintains 8 water stations and 13 sewer stations with concrete floors of various dimensions and conditions. For the purpose of this bid, the scope of work shall be based on a typical floor area of 1,000 square feet. This is an estimate for bidding purchases only and size will increase and/or decrease depending on station. A one-year contract is being offered with two one year options to renew based on the sole recommendations of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses if the Owner determines, within its own discretion, that it is in the Owner's best interests to do so.
