The Town of Weston is seeking proposals for an Owners Project Manager for the Weston Fire Stations Project. The Town is seeking a firm with significant experience in oversight and review, renovations of historically important buildings, new construction and renovations of Municipal Fire stations. The Town of Weston Town Meeting has approved funding for Design and OPM services to complete the Schematic Design portion of the project including a Construction Cost Estimate, to be completed in the spring of 2024. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract it deems is in the best interest of the Town.
