Renovation of a development in Cedar Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
Interior Building Renovations: Selective demolition and new construction for the addition of a new Unisex ADA toilet and new exterior door, including new plumbing, relocation of existing propane-fired unit heater, installation of two new carbon monoxide removal systems, minor electrical power modifications, and lighting All Bidders are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the laws of the State of North Carolina, and that the requirements of Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of North Carolina will be observed. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. This project will be bid using a single prime contract. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Single prime bidders must identify on their bid the subcontractors they have selected for the subdivisions or branches of work for: Plumbing Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning; Electrical; General. Bids shall include all taxes and, in particular, North Carolina and local sales and use taxes. A bid bond is required for this project. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond will be required for this project. Payment will be made on the basis of ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
