The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) seeks qualifications submission for professional services on behalf of the Griswold Memorial Library (GML) (Awarding Authority). The selected firm shall have demonstrated previous experience providing the specified services. Applicants must have a MA registered architectural, engineering, or landscape architect on staff, but do not have to have their office in Massachusetts. The library is located at 12 Main Rd, Colrain, MA 01340 It is the intent of the Awarding Authority to award a contract within thirty (30) business days after the completion of interviews. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to decline to pursue the project prior to the execution of the contract. Furthermore, it reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities and award contracts if it deems doing so is in the best interest of the Awarding Authority The consideration of all submissions and selection of the successful applicant will be made in compliance with the Awarding Authority's non-discrimination policy. Women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to apply. All materials submitted in response to the RFQ become the property of the Awarding Authority and are a matter of public record. The total fee will be negotiated, but shall not exceed $35,000 Licensing The applicant shall possess and comply with all required and necessary licenses as may be specified by Federal, State and/or Local authorities, related to the delivery of services referred to in this RFQ.
