The EJ Zeke Giorgi Center (J0301) is a 104,220 square foot, 5 - story building established in 1988. The scope of Work provides for replacing the roof in its entirety, repairing locations of water damage in the 4th floor ceiling, and replacing damaged windows around the facility. The scope will include replacing two water - cooled chillers, along with associated pumps, controls and accessories, two computer room air conditioners, and various VFDs necessary. The scope of work will also provide for replacing all interior and exterior light fixtures with new energy efficient light fixtures, including wiring and controls, the fire suppression/alarm systems and the UPS in the server room, and the building automation system in its entirety.
