As of March 12, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. Bids received were over the budget. The project scope includes the tuckpointing of several buildings and a pedestrian bridge. Awards of the Contract is anticipated to commence within 14 (fourteen) days of Board Approval. Work may begin after execution of the agreement/contract and is completed in one phase. Schedule to be coordinated with the Owner during project kick-off meeting. QUESTIONS: Must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 09, 2024 via email to Karen Kerr at k.kerr@rockvalleycollege.edu. Responses to questions will be sent by January 11, 2024 Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total base bid in the form of certified check, credit union share draft, or surety bond written on an original AIA Document A310, Bid Bond, is required for this project at the time of Bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. Interested bidders shall submit a completed Bidder's Status Form at the time of Bid. The award of the contract may be made by Rock Valley College Board of Trustees to any responsible bidder or bidders offering suitable supplies, equipment and/or service at the lowest price taking into consideration the quality of materials or service in the best interest of the Owner. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Owner
