The State's representatives will provide answers in writing to all potential bidders by 3:00 on December 8, 2023. pre-bid meeting N/A Answers to technical questions will be disseminated by Jan 8, 3.00 PM Anticipated start date April 1, 2024 Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and facilities necessary to perform sand blasting and powder coating services of pump components, valves, spool pieces, radiator tanks, and other related components to remove non-hazardous coatings and corrosion and apply coating. The Contractor's facility must be within a 30-mile radius of DWR Oroville Field Division's O&M Center, located at 460 Glen Drive, Oroville, CA 95966. A. Purpose and Description of Services The Contractor will provide Sand Blasting and Powder Coating Services to remove non-hazardous coatings and corrosion to pump components, valves, spool pieces, radiator tanks and other related components and apply coating. B. Bidder Minimum Qualifications 1. The Contractor's facility must be within a 30-mile radius of the Department of Water Resources, Oroville Field Division's Operation and Maintenance Center, located at 460 Glen Drive, Oroville, California 95966. C. Bid Requirements and Information The Anticipated term of this agreement is three(3) years.
