Housing Authority for 2024, with the possibility of renewal for one additional year. Cleaning of all vacant homes managed by the Sault Tribe Housing Authority located in Newberry, Wetmore, Marquette, Manistique, and Escanaba Housing Sites. Bidders must provide a copy of liability and workman's comp insurance with bid 1Bedroom - 970, 2 Bedroom - 1305, 3 Bedroom - 1475, 4 Bedroom - 2010. Bid format will be flat rate per house by bedroom size (1 to 4). Contract will be for January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. There is a possibility of renewal for an additional year. Awarded contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and insurance to complete the scope of work. Native American and/or Tribal Preference will apply. If your company is claiming preference please supply supporting documentation showing Native American or Tribal ownership. The STHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in the bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the STHA. Awarded contractor must comply with the Tribal Code; Chapter 97 wage ordinance. Awarded contractor will also present a copy of their payroll to the Sault Tribe Housing Authority upon request, to confirm Tribal Code: Chapter 97 is being paid. A revised schedule of Prevailing Wages will be issue in the near future, including a $3.00 increase.
