A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed under this contract includes the partial removal and reconstruction of the existing 91st Street bridge structure. This work will include all labor and materials to construct concrete abutment walls, steel girder beams, removable concrete filled steel deck panels, concrete bridge sidewalks, concrete parapets, and concrete approach slabs. The work will also include various roadway approach and drainage work including new curbs, sidewalks, outfalls, riprap, and roadway resurfacing. This work will also include various utility work, including but not limited to, gas mains. The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 320 calendar days of notice to proceed. The Contractor shall not commence project work on site until September 3, 2024. for 91ST STREET IMPROVEMENTS PHASE II NB-1490 All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words 91st Street Improvements Phase II. Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of North Bergen, 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above. Bids for said contract must be based upon and in strict accordance with the aforesaid specifications.
