Site work and paving for a road / highway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The qualified consultants shall be able to provide services that include but are not limited to engineering consultant services to the Major Projects Department to transform SEPTA's trolley system in Philadelphia and Delaware County. In addition, The Program's primary goals are to make the trolley system: 1) accessible to all and fully Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant; 2) fast by improving operational practices and increasing reliability; and 3) easy to use by providing new passenger amenities, wayfinding, and safety enhancements.
