Description

Site work and new construction of a day care center in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 98,000-square-foot day care center; and for site work for a day care center.

New Reach Facility and Early Childhood Center All bidders (general contractors) shall be available for an interview to review the bid, project schedule and scope details for either February 6, 2024, or February 7, 2024. Time and location to be determined. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. *As of January 31, 2024, addendum 4 has been issued.
