1. Modular serving lines with 24.5 inch wide bodies.
2. Bodies to be constructed of stainless steel with veneer plastic laminate.
Color to be #1 : WA Pewter Brush 5017-38.
3. Operator side of counters shall be with sliding doors.
4. 14-gauge stainless steel tops.
5. Countertop height will be 34inch A.F.F.
6. Tray slide height will be 32inch A.F.F.
7. Tray slide shall 10inch wide solid stainless steel on fixed brackets, without
runners, shipped loose for awarded dealer to install.
8. Tray slide to be on customer side only.
9. Food shields to be single tier, self-service style. To be constructed with 13inch
wide stainless-steel shelf and 1/4inch acrylic end guards. Food shields with
LED lighting. Duke #TS540.
10. Lights in all food shields must be wired to the counter.
11. Stainless Steel wire chase to be mounted from countertop and go up to
ceiling to conceal wires.
12. All bodies of each serving counter to be wired together to a load center
through wire chase for single point electrical connection per counter.
13. Legs with body pilasters and t-trim.
