Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform all work necessary to complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction project at the American Lake Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Work includes fully preparing the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and performing required alterations to support infrastructure upgrades associated with the Electronic Health Record Modernization program. All work must be executed in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, and VA standards.
