Description: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to update four (4) State Owned Housing (SOH) units. Work includes exterior painting, siding replacement, flooring replacement, refinish flooring, bathroom updates, kitchen updates, new water heater, new insect screens, concrete, demolition, replace windows and other miscellaneous work. Location of Services: The location of services shall be performed at Canada de San Vicente Ecological Reserve located at 24157 Chuck Wagon Rd., Ramona, CA 92065, San Diego County. Contract Term Date: Upon DGS approval until December 1, 2027. Time of Completion: Construction shall be completed within ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) WORKING DAYS following the official “Notice of Start Date” from the State to the Contractor to commence construction. License Required: A – “General Engineering Contractor” or B – “General Building Contractor” with the following requirement: C22 – “Asbestos Abatement Contractor” License: If the Bidding Contractor does not possess the required license, then the Bidding Contractor shall subcontract with a contractor having the said license.
