Per Addendum 3 , this project has been cancelled. Scope of Work: Remove and replace Ramona HS gym flooring per attached scope of work. Measurement: 6,600 sq. ft. . License Classification: B and/or C 15 Contract Time: 100 Days Estimated Start Date: May 20, 2024 Construction Cost Estimate: $700,000.00 Liquidated Damages: $500.00 per calendar day Request for Clarification deadline is April 09, 2024. Requests for Clarification must be emailed to: jjimenez@riversideunified.org, vbeltran@riversideunified.org , and cjumnongsilp@riversideunified.org . Demo: Remove 6,600 of existing subfloor and hardwood flooring Bleachers: Disconnect, move/relocate existing bleachers in order to install new flooring under the bleachers. Sub Floor: Hone/ self level subfloor (concrete) Moisture Barrier: Install 6 mil vapor retardant Sub Floor: Engineered Sleepers with 3/8 '' resilient pads 12'' on center. 15/32'' CDX 2nd and BTR MFMA Maple Finish Work: Sand smooth, 2 coats of water based urethane, submittals will be required for district approval. Repaint existing game line. Blue stain on main basketball court. Custom site logo (Logo attached) 3 coats of wax, submittals will be required for district approval. Blue vented cove base perimeter Existing Floor lids: Remove and replace all existing floor lids with equal or better quality that needs to be approved by the district.
