Renovation of a municipal facility in Ramona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot municipal facility.

'Ramona Municipal Water District Tenant Improvements Project 1. Project Location: 105 West Earlham Street. Ramona, CA 92065 Interior remodel of approximately 4,000 square feet of the existing Ramona Municipal Water District office building. Work includes the following: a. Demolition of existing interior partitions. b. Demolition of existing acoustical panel ceilings. c. Installation of new interior partitions. d. Installation of new interior doors. e. Installation of new acoustical panel ceilings. f. Modifications to mechanical ductwork and registers. g. Installation of new lighting and miscellaneous electrical convenience outlets. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 22300, the successful bidder may substitute certain securities for funds withheld by District to ensure performance under the Contract. Pursuant to section 1770, et seq. of the California Labor Code, the Contractor and all Subcontractors shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations and comply with all applicable Labor Code provisions, which include, but are not limited to the employment of apprentices, the hours of labor and the debarment of contractors and subcontractors. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In bidding on this Project, it shall be the Bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid. Unless otherwise provided in the Information for Bidders, each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the following classification(s) throughout at the time it submits its bid and for the duration of the Contract: Class B - General Building Contractor Award of Contract: The District shall award the Contract for the Work to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined by the District on the basis of each bidders submission of two bids, as follows: 1. 2. All Work specified by the Contract Documents to be completed during regular work hours, with no work taking place on District observed holidays1 and/or weekends; and All Work specified by the Contract Documents to be completed during regular work hours, with work allowed to take place during regular work hours on weekends. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
