Renovation of a residential development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
QUESTION SUBMITTAL DEADLINE THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2024, 2:00 PM CT. AGENCY CONTACT PERSON Thelma Bowers, Contract Administrator Telephone: (504) 670-3448 E-mail: tbowers@hano.org. The Contractor shall perform the work required that consists of boarding up all windows and doors for 35 units at Fischer IV Housing Community. The windows and door should be boarded up using 3/4" treated plywood, treated 2" x 4" 's cut to fit and painted on both sides and 2 x 4 's on the inside and secured with a carriage bolt with washers on inside and out of nut. The Contractor shall be required to install plywood to ensure the windows are totally covered and will not allow easy access and should fit inside the frame.
