The Project includes construction of the new Xavier University Residence Village to be built at 4700 Dixon Street, New Orleans, LA 70125. The Project consists of a 225,900 SF, seven-story building with public amenities on the first floor, including student lounges, classrooms, study/instructional spaces, and a dining hall, with outdoor social and recreational areas. Floors 2 through 7 are split into two residential wings housing 840 student beds, 12 staff units, and two director's units, with each wing connected by a skybridge overlooking a second level rooftop terrace and the entry courtyard below. Upper residence floors also include additional study spaces at the end of each wing, with Residence Hall services such as laundry and trash located near elevator banks.
