The City of Bristol (the City) is seeking to construct a new animal control facility, and is accepting qualifications from design teams toward the development of design, construction documents, and subsequent construction administration efforts for the completion of such new facility. Site Considerations The Existing Animal Control Facility at 126 Vincent P Kelly Road is at the Rear of a Larger Land Parcel Commonly Known as 75 Battisto Road (Accommodating the Water Pollution Control Facility) Zoned for Industrial Use , Which Has 500 Feet of Frontage Along Vincent P Kelly Road. The Acf Occupies Approximately 0.25 Acres of That Parcel. In Addition to the Acf, the Remaining Frontage to the Road Consists of Parking for the Acf as Well as for the Public Works Facility at 95 Vincent P Kelly Road.
