Renovation of a municipal facility in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Proposed Renovations to The Existing Harmony Township Municipal Building. The work includes the renovations within the Lower Level of the existing township building. Four-Prime project delivery method will be utilized. Bids will be required on a stipulated lump sum basis for the following separate Prime Contracts: General Construction Work, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work. This is a prevailing wage project. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Architect. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Harmony Township. All questions related to the project shall be directed to Stephen Paxton, Stephen Paxton Registered Architect, LLC: 724.624.1643 or email, spaxtonarchitect@gmail.com The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
