Additionally, there will be 2,200 LF 36" Water line, Utility Adjustments, Street Lighting, Pavement Marking and Signage, Landscaping along the street corridor, and Stamped & Colored Concrete. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening The City's Business Equity goal on this project is 16% of the total bid value of the contract (Base bidapplies to Parks and Community Services).
