Part A Proposals - Base Proposals Due 3-5-2026, 2PM Part B Proposals - Qualifications Due 3-6-2026, 2PM This project is for the additions and renovations to an active high school campus, encompassing full coordination of procurement, contracting, and construction activities. The project includes selective demolition, structural concrete, masonry, steel framing, roofing, thermal and moisture protection, interior partitions, finishes, specialties, and furnishings. Scope extends across all major building systems, including plumbing, HVAC (with commissioning, controls, air distribution, and air purification systems), electrical power and lighting, communications, audiovisual, security, fire alarm expansion, and low-voltage systems. Work also involves site coordination, quality control, testing and inspections, temporary facilities, safety compliance, prevailing wage requirements, and full project closeout documentation. The project required close collaboration with architects, engineers, school district stakeholders, inspectors, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance, schedule adherence, quality standards, and successful delivery within an occupied educational environment.
