The project consists of a new 7,000 sf pre-engineered metal building with office and shop space, and a new 5,925 sf pre- engineered wood building (pole barn). The work includes site demolition, earthwork, termite control, asphalt paving, site concrete, seeding, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, concrete floor finishes, unit masonry, stone, miscellaneous steel, architectural woodwork, thermal insulation, joint sealants, FRP doors/frames/hardware, sectional doors, aluminum frames, gypsum board assemblies, resilient base, resinous flooring, painting, signage, FRP, toilet & bath accessories, bird netting, fire protection specialties, lockers, flagpoles, window treatments, metal building systems, pre-engineered wood building systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
