Elevator Service to Include Inspection of the Safety Devices and Governors of the Traction and Roped Hydraulic Units of 3 Swfsc Elevators (#760518, 256721, 256331). To Conduct Annual No Load Test and Perform at Each 5th Year a Full Load Test, Full Speed Test of the Safety Mechanisms, Overspeed Governors and Car and Counterweight Buffers. Recalibration and Sealing for Proper Tripping Speed and Elevator Car Balance Will Be Checked. See Statement of Work for Specifications. Pop: 3/1/2024-2/28/2029 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Southwest Fisheries Science Center, has a requirement to purchase elevator maintenance, repairs and certification for 3 elevators.
