Construction of: Dwsrf Project #10 Kiamichi & Carl Albert Water System Improvements Consisting of Construction of 2,285 Linear Feet of 16-inch Water Main, 1,280 of 12- Inch, 1,325 of 8- inch and 3,670 Linear Feet of 6-inch Water Main and Associated Appurtenances Each Bidder Shall Accompany His Original Bid, With a Certified or Cashier's Check on a Solvent Bank Located in Oklahoma or a Bidder's Bond, in the Amount of Five (5) Percent of the Amount Bid, as a Guarantee of His Abilit to Perform the Contract Bid Upon, and That He Will Enter Into a Written Contract With the Owner to Perform Said Work and/or Furnish Said Materials in Accordance With Said Plans and Specifications and Furnish the Required Bonds Within Ten (10) Days After the Acceptance of His Bid.
