The City property addressed 106 E North Street, known as Turner Museum, has a non-compliant ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) ramp which needs to be replaced. Use and Occupancy Classification designation per Michigan Building Code 2015 is 303.4 Assembly Group A-3 and requires barrier free access at one entry/egress. The City is requesting costs to remove non-compliant ramp and replace with an approved ADA ramp.
